Career History:

Started the career at Moriroku, a trading firm for chemicals, one of Mitsui Group after the graduation and experienced Accounting, Finance, System Development as SE and Programmer for 7 years.

Studied in KS, USA by own expense with wife and 2 children and came back in 1992 and started management career at Monsanto in Japan.

Then moved to an Italian publishing group, DeAgostini, well-known as a partwork business and contributed as management to penetrate Japanese market.

Joined Harlequin (currently HarperCollins) in 2008 and assumed Representative Director. Challenged to introduce new businesses such as comic adaptation from original texts, exclusive digital comic distribution with SB group, contents distribution via Nintendo DS, local distribution services for partwork programs, light novels local acquisition which have significantly contributed and implemented appropriate business portfolio successfully as the result.
